Tasting note

Fresh, invigorating, and delightfully palatable. It features notes of mint, lemon verbena, chamomile, orange blossom, and polyol. Deixa un regust molt bo que fa venir ganes de prendre’n més. With hints of tartness, bitterness, and a spicy finish, it offers a complex and enjoyable flavour profile.

Suggestion

It is recommended to enjoy it neat or with ice in a wide-mouthed glass to enhance its aromatic qualities. Ideal serving vessels include Zurito glasses, mini cider glasses, or “Jaumet” glasses.

The label

It is inspired by the Serrallonga route, influenced by Francesc’s deep passion for the life and legend of Joan Sala i Viladrau, known as Serrallonga, the most famous bandit of the 17th century. As president of Centre Excursionista Farners (the hiking club from Santa Coloma de Farners), Francesc advocated for the restoration of rural paths and the establishment of the Serrallonga GR-178 trail, which connects all the distinctive locations and hermitages of the Guilleries.
